• If you purchase 3-4 plants, please purchase 2 cold weather packs.
We carefully wrap the plant inside insulated material.
Please bring your packages inside immediately during cold weather.
We cannot guarantee that this packaging will prevent plants from freezing if left outside in temperature under 40 °F.
We cannot replace plants damaged due to cold weather that are not shipped with cold weather packaging.

Wasn’t impressed with the cold weather packaging. Not sure how they send their plants normally during the cold, but I’ve ordered from MANY plant shops on here. All I did was purchase a heat pack with these other shops and they packaged the plant like this one from this shop was for nothing but the price of a $4 heat pack.
