Domestic packages (UK mainland) will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class. Please contact me if you require an alternative or faster method of posting.
Items will be dispatched within 3 days of payment being received.
I generally only charge for the cost of posting an item and I use recycled packaging wherever possible.
Outside the UK I use Royal Mail International Standard Post for items with a value of less than £25. For more valuable items I use Royal Mail tracked and signed. For larger and heavier items (over 2kg) I may use different carriers to ensure customers get the best shipping rates (please contact me for an alternative quote as you could get a significant reduction on the shipping cost).
If your parcel is being shipped by a courier, I will require the contact email address and phone number for the person who will be accepting delivery. I use these details only to pass on to the courier company so that they may contact the recipient to arrange delivery. Your personal details will never be used for any other purpose or passed on to a 3rd party.
If you’re only buying one item, then you can find the shipping rate on the item listing. If you are buying more than one item please contact me to find out the combined postage cost .
Any import duties, taxes and fees incurred due to international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Any costs incurred due to incorrect information given by the customer during shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
If postage costs are a lot less once posted we will refund the difference.

Unfortunately, some parcels may get held up in the postal system of different countries and are totally out of my control. In the unlikely event that your Royal Mail parcel is delayed, we can only make a claim after 15 working days from the due delivery date.

I believe that my customers should have the best value for money when making their purchase. I don't buy expensive packaging and I am inventive when packing your parcel to ensure that you don't pay any more for postage than absolutely necessary. My parcels may not be the most elegant but they are almost always made with recycled packing materials which means that your item may sometimes arrive in a quirky box or tin! I use recycled bubble wrap, packing peanuts and new tissue paper.
Please let me know if you would prefer your item packaged in brand new materials.
I sometimes use props when photographing items and these are not included in the sale.
