This vintage box for the pain reliever Ben-Gay is in good condition for its age, with age-related darkening on the lid, and some stains on the bottom. Someone used it to store buttons, as you can see in the last photo. The box is made of sturdy cardboard and is in strong, sound condition. There is a patent date on the lid - 1935. It measures 4-1/2" x 1-3/4". It would be a nice addition to a collection of vintage drugstore items, or a display in a period bathroom.
