My Item was damaged in transit, what do I do?

Once the item is shipped and leaves the office, it is out of our hands. The customer will need to contact USPS to file a claim and receive a refund. You can find the USPS claims page by following this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm If customer receives a damaged item, please send us a photo the damaged item as well as any exterior packaging (i.e. shipping bags).
