The art of Kanjiwood is Kevin Village Stone's creation. He utilizes his love of nature and his Japanese heritage to create these beautiful pieces of home decor. This piece of driftwood was naturally collected from the San Francisco Bay Area and brought back to the Northern California studio. The inscription on this piece reads "Beautiful Woman" and makes a loving inspired gift.

This piece has the added uniqueness of wavy lines, caused by the grain of wood, yet symbolizing the graceful flowing of a woman's hair.

This small-sized piece is light and measures 12 inches high by 1.5 inches wide (widest point to widest point) and has a metal ring on the back for hanging. Due to the irregular shapes, all measurements are approximate.

This piece is unique. Only one in stock. Signed and dated by Kevin Village Stone and every piece comes with a small translation card.

All our driftwood is natural. We have not applied any finishers, treatments, or chemicals to these pieces of wood. Since they are natural, there will be cracks and erosion patterns that give driftwood it's distinctive character.

*Please note: Pictures sometimes do not adequately reflect the true size of an object. Always check the measurements and compare to the wall space where you want to hang your Kanjiwood.

Kevin Village Stone (Iwamura) is of Japanese and Native American descent. He uses his knowledge of kanji and his love of nature to create beautiful wall hangings.

Handcrafted in a smoke-free drug-free environment.
