This is a lovely bag, perfect for my work, as the XL fits a laptop and all the rest of my stuff I need to carry around. Excellent customer service, and the company communicated really well about specifics re my name, etc I would absolutely buy from them again (this is actually the second thing I have bought!).
The product is amazing, will definitely be ordering again. I will say the shippers delivery method was interesting. It was left in my yard near my mailbox, rather than at my door which is very close to the road and visible to delivery drivers.
It is really nice, looking forward to use it.
This is me second one- got the cappuccino first and wanted a black one too. Great quality, perfect size for work and travel. The monogram makes it really special. The seller is great- the communicate proactively and make fabulous products 10/10 recommend!!
