Seller's description

This long handle wooden spoon is made from charred beechwood and hand rubbed with natural oils. Wood is beautiful and durable but we use fire and natural oils to give our wood products a depth and character making it uniquely beautiful. This item will continue to age and become more distinct as it is used and continues to develop its patina that is like no other.

This hardwood spoon measures 18 inches long

We offer four different finishes. Please select from the options pictured above.

Heritage - distressed with fire and finished with light oil
Dark Ember - medium burn and finished with dark oil
Japanese Ash - full burn, scraped, sanded and finished with dark oil
Black and Tan - handle is fully burned, scraped and finished with dark oil,
the head is burned, sanded and finished with light oil

Our products feature the signature Burnt Ends. They are fire finished wood products with a natural oil finish. Our process is all natural and we do not use any petroleum by-products. With that said, all wood products are unique and items may have distinct variations in color and how the wood takes the burn and the oils. In addition these items may naturally have knots or other imperfections that take on a unique quality when burned and is just another way this product is distinctly yours. We outsource our large millwork but do all finishing, burning and oil finishing by hand.
