In person they look exactly like they look online and just have a very understated but still elegant look. Initially I ordered a size that was too small for my chairs but I was able to exchange them for a bigger size! Customer service was great and there was no hassle to exchange. Overall great experience and highly recommend this shop and these pillows!

Needed a custom size — communication with seller was quick and seamless. Highly impressed with how fast this arrived (8 days excluding weekend and holiday). Packaging was minimal, eco-friendly, and wrapped neatly in a tie made from the same material as the pillow cover — very cute. This pillow cover is extremely high-quality and attention to detail was evidently paid. Strong concealed back zipper, material is durable yet soft linen blend of some sort. Really tied my space together and added the perfect modern and understated touch to my decor. 10/10!
