Here is my best jewelry piece I have built today..,more to come. But I built this in response to a challenge. You may not like turquoise or the southwest influence and I hope you do and appreciate it also but bar none the best and greatest concentration of top silver smithsin the USA and probally the world are in a radius with maybe Gallup NM being the center and further out the high level of ability decreases. In traveling about America and visiting every gallery found from Washington state across the entire country and finally up to the state of Maine. I could not find any silver smith of the quality found around Gallup for skill and use of design elements And if you added lapidary, I again could find not a single inlay artist in all of America that was any way near the artist level of skill found around Gallup.
There are awesome silver and gold smith lapidary artist's found there.
That said I was challenged to make my best with my skill coming from the west. So here it is and was my first and I made this back in 1999 and have had another dozen years to get better.
This piece is hollow and is 11 pieces of heavy silver sheet soldered together just to form the basic bracelet. then has 12 stones mounted which took 12 bezels to be made and soldered on and then the overlay at the front is another silver piece soldered on. That is 24 separate pieces of silver and 12 stones custom cut to fit to make this one of a kind bracelet. The stones are ,wintergreen top grade at the front, charolite on the top, back side has ????? and malachite, one side has a top batriodal fire agate, turquoise, rhodonite, angelite....the other side has turquoise, orange spiny, rhodocrosite and Bisbee malachite azurite .
My inspiration from all the artists from all over the world to pick from to inspire me with this was Charles Laloma.
My piece is definatly NOT a copy of any of his work. But I think his boldness and lapidary skill was my inspiration. to do the same with, just with my style. Here is my best piece and I made it from a challenge. Maybe more to come...?? maybe the only one I will ever be able to do. I woke up from an injury 10 years ago to being diagnosed as being totally dis-functional. My mind was blank and had little to work with. Not much motor control and on it went, after a year had my stone to cut and started there.Look at my other work and can see I am back but still will have to stretch more to get back to this level.

This would be a very custom order as I would need your exact size needed..this bracelet does not bend and will only fit the wrist built for..!!!!
