Feeling good, 60s style. Two great health booklets - Your Personal Exercise Plan (1965) by Hal Higdon, Good Reading Rack Services Division, Koster-Dana Corp., and Do You Feel Good? (1964), a Scriptographic Booklet by Channing L. Bete Co., Inc.

Koster-Dana published a number of these information booklets, primarily distributed through financial organizations and companies to employees and customers. Channing L Bete is still around and still publishing pamphlets, having begun in 1936 as an advertising agency and having honed its trademarked publication style called Scriptography®, a cartoon/graphic style combing info and pictures.

Pamphlets are printed on thin paper so show some yellowing and discoloration from age and wear around the punch holes. Both will ship protected in an archive safe, PH-neutral clear bag.

Fun items, and maybe the beginning of your Scriptography collection!
