This is a pair of dolls from the 1950's. One is a Play-House #31 Graduation by Jaret & Diamond 401 Broadway New York City. She is in very good condition; however the box is not. The plastic covering the opening is in real good shape. She has light brown hair with painted blue eyes. Her legs are straight and do not move. She is dressed in her graduation gown and cap with diploma attached to her arm. If you enlarge the photo you will see some light dust on the bottom of the gown. I tried to brush it off, but it didn't work. The next doll is marked "A Star Creation" The Glamour Doll-the side of the box says An Intriguing Character Doll. She has blonde hair with a blue felt hat or bow attached. She is dressed in a white top and gold skirt with purple trim. Her legs are also straight and do not move; however she has eyes that open and close. Her box is not in very good shape either and the plastic cover the front is all torn up. These are really nice dolls in good shape despite the box's. A nice addition to an existing collection or start to a new one. Could even be for a little one to play with.
