This hand pump is perfect for filling our strong double stuffed balloons especially the minis! You can also use it to pump air into foil/mylar balloons! The pump pushes air out when pumping in both directions which inflates your balloons twice as fast!

So perfect for my sons first birthday party! Easy to inflate and the tutorial was super helpful. A few popped overnight but no harm done - the garland looked amazing!

Definitely needed this pump for the mini balloons. You can't use an electric pump for those. And I actually ended up using using this for the medium size balloons too, to stretch a tiny bit before blowing up fully with the electric pump.
