Returns & exchanges
All supplies are returnable for shop credit or refund within 30 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items must be returned to me in same, unworn condition as shipped. Please return ship with tracking and insurance.
Custom costume items are not returnable, but repairs will be made at no charge for 6 months from purchase date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

PICKUP AVAILABLE - For Los Angeles/Orange County area Orders, at the time you pick up your order I will refund you shipping cost. Note- pick up when ordering.

Regarding shipping time deadlines, I cannot promise THE DATE you will RECEIVE your package, I can only promise THE DATE when I will SHIP your package.
