Leatherette product labels are the perfect solution for creative heads who want to make and customize outstanding personalised products.
Laser leatherette It is a high-quality artificial leather with a smooth surface, and fabric backing which enables finely detailed laserable images to be permanently etched into it.

Laserable Leatherette offers the look and feel of genuine leather at a fraction of the price. This richly textured, synthetic material is water resistant, easy to clean and durable enough for the rigors of daily use.

Natural leather is becoming an increasingly scarce commodity, both for economic and environmental reasons. Manufacturers are increasingly looking for eco-friendly solutions to address some of the animal, environmental and financial issues we are all facing today.
Synthetic leather or leatherette is very similar to natural leather from both a technological and sensory point of view but has a base layer, often made of cotton or other natural fibers.

These 100% PU leather labels are completely artificial and is considered vegan material. It is an imitation of the real leather created from polyurethane, a plastic with a similar feel and aspect to the leather, but without involving animals.

The tags are around 50mm in length by 20mm high, but sizing is flexible and based on your requests.

- No holes - supplied with a 2mm border if required, which will allow stitching with a dark thread to give an almost invisible effect.

- 4 holes, 1 in each corner, suitable for smaller labels

- 8 holes 2 in each corner, allowing a more secure fixing, suitable for larger labels.

- Most variations are possible, including a fold line on labels intended to folded in half to place on edges of items.

- Please request the fixing method from the drop down menu, for more complex variations then it may be advisable to contact us first,

Laser artwork is a comparatively new developing form of art. At the forefront using high specification laser machines, I am open to any other projects car, sports or music orientated, most images can be converted into suitable formats for laser etching onto wood, leather acrylic, etc.

✅ Can these labels be washed?
Leatherette is relatively inexpensive and is much easier to maintain than real leather. The chances are, the garments bearing these labels will require far more care and attention than the labels. However, whether you choose faux leatherette labels for the amazing details achievable, cost or your beliefs in animal rights. You will be pleasantly surprised to find they are very easy to clean.
Made from PU they can be washed with mild soap and water. It is advisable not to place any leatherette in the dryer, but to speed drying time, it can be wiped with a soft absorbent microfiber cloth.

✅ How else these labels be attached?
These labels are quite flexible in their fixing methods, with the usual method being 1 or 2 holes in the corners to sew them down. However, other alternatives are rivet fixing, which require slightly larger holes, a mock stitching border to use as a stitch guide, or just left if you wish to apply an adhesive backing. Please contact us after ordering with any special requests.

✅ Can you copy my logo?
As a rule yes: providing it is a good clear definition/high resolution in black and white. Please send the image over through Etsy messaging in the first instance.
