Steambunnehs once roamed the Earth as unique and individual little characters. They were nocturnal creatures, and used their night vision goggles to see in the dark. They were avid collectors, often seen picking up shiny and metallic objects like foil, bolts, and metal scraps. Some had their own names, and some were even cute and colourful. But those days have long passed. Forced to near extinction by animal testing and a world now dependent on dangerous new chemicals to replace lost resources, scientists have had to resort to a cloning process to keep up with the demand for test subjects.

Gone are the days of personality and unique characteristics. Steambunnehs no longer have a name, but are merely numbers. They are marked by barcodes to categorize and organize their, now insignificant, little lives.

But recently, they discovered Wyr - a rare Steambunneh that still lives in the wild, untouched by humans. We must find him a home at once - to protect him.

Steambunnehs are a combination of silver and brass in hue, and have very pronounced details, such as one LED eyeball (Orange), stitches, long wire whiskers, a strange toothy smile, aviator goggles, knapsack, and other little itty-bitty details.

They look like metal, don't they? Actually, the entire thing is hand-sculpted from polymer clay and finished with mica powders for an awesome metallic effect. Every little detail is done by hand, such as the many rivets and panels that you see.

These bunnies have been glazed to keep them safe. Please note, the LED light in his eye does not actually function as a working light.

This piece is about 2 1/2" tall and made from polymer clay and various metal findings and watch parts. It is a freestanding sculpture / figurine.

Because this is a larger item, it will be shipped in a cardboard box and the necessary padding to keep it safe in transit. Shipping tends to vary greatly depending on what city/town you live in - especially in Canada. Shipping tends to range from $7.00 - $17.00 for Canadians, and $18.00 - $22.00 for International residents. As a result, I list the highest shipping price for Canadian and International orders. When I receive your order, I will send you a message letting you know what the actual price is to ship to your specific address, and I will promptly refund you the difference.

Frequently asked questions about monsterkookies

My sculptures and chainmaille are not suitable for younger children, given their tiny parts and choking hazard.

My sculpted jewellery and figurines should be treated as miniature art sculptures, because that is exactly what they are.

Chainmaille bracelets and fidget toys are suitable for older children, given they are responsibly handled. Under extreme stress and use, fidget toys and bracelets can wear over a long period of time, however I am perfectly happy to repair it if need be.
