What are the Different Postage Options?

I currently offer free shipping anywhere in Australia. This shipping is sent via Domestic Australia Post via a tracked large letter satchel, and can take 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on Location. I then offer 2 upgrades: Parcel Post postage: $10.95 Comes with a tracking number and is a 3-5 day delivery via Auspost Express Post postage: $14.45 Comes with a tracking number and is a 1-3 day delivery via Auspost Please note all delivery times could be extended due to Australia Post delays. If you upgrade to Parcel Post or Express you can guarantee better delivery times. Note: Handling time of 1-3 business days to dispatch at post office.

Wire jewellery is fragile, to keep from distorting, bending or damaging, always handle your jewellery with care and store in a safe dry place. Do not sleep in, shower or expose your creations to harsh chemicals such as those found in swimming pools, or exercise while wearing your KimzysCreations jewellery. Do not wear your jewellery while applying hairspray, lotions or other skincare products. Do not clean your creations with an ultrasonic jewellery cleaner or abrasive fabrics. Avoid intense and/or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Some stones and acrylic pour jewellery are sensitive to the sun and colours may become muted if exposed for a great length of time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All Items are sent on a Business Card in a nice Coloured Organza Bag. This is done as it can fit in the tracked shipping envelopes. If you are specifically wanting a Gift Box please ensure you upgrade shipping and add a note to your order, especially if you want a specific coloured gift box, otherwise it will be chosen to match your item. If you have any concerns, or special requests like a message on a card, please feel free to send me an email/message to ensure your gift is done properly :)

Necklaces sent with Pendants

The necklaces/chains sent with the pendants I've made are pre-purchased and are a courtesy item so that you can wear your pendant straight away. I'm happy to swap out wax cord for different colours or chains, or vice versa if asked. I do my best to check all necklaces prior to packaging, however if your necklace/chain is damaged, please feel free to contact me.

What happens if my item is lost in the mail?

Items that are sent as the "free shipping" option are sent via Domestic Australia Post with Tracking in a Medium Letter Envelope, you will receive the tracking number in the order once dispatched within 3 days of purchase. Unfortunately I hold no responsibility for lost items or any damage which may occur during shipping/delivery and this will need to be directed to AusPost. If you are worried about delivery times, or your item being lost/delayed/damaged, I highly recommend you upgrade to Parcel or Express postage for better tracking and delivery times.

Natural copper jewellery will age or patina with wear and use. My Copper creations already have ageing/patina done to them to create the "look" of the jewellery. They are then coated in ProtectaClear, which is a crystal-clear, polymeric resin that provides long term protection to metal.

Tarnish Resistant Wire Wrap Jewellery

Silver. Gold and Rose Gold wire wrapped jewellery are made using a Tarnish Resistant colour toned copper wire. This tarnish resistance is so that the jewellery has a longer shiny finish, and also helps to prevent from any discolouring on the jewellery or your skin. Black/Coloured Wire is also a copper based tarnish resistant coated wire. With coloured wire if a scratch occurs you can fix it by putting a similar colour nail polish on it, or using a permanent marker. It is then best to use a clear nail polish to reseal the area. All Wire Wrapped Jewellery is coated in ProtectaClear, which is a crystal-clear, polymeric resin that provides long term protection to metal.

These Beautiful Pendants are 2 sized Gemstones, lovingly hand wrapped in copper wire in the shape of a Paw Print.
Perfect for a birthday, anniversary or Christmas gift or even just to spoil yourself.

The Gemstones sets available in this style are:
Golden Sandstone
Blue Chalcedony & Turquoise
Malachite & Green Jade
Tiger's Eye & Red Jasper
Sodalite & White Jade
Black Onyx & Red Agate
Turquoise & White Jade
Indian Agate

The wrapped pendant measures 30mm long - 20mm wide
The copper wire has also been aged slightly to give it a darker look.
This Pendant also comes with a 50cm wax cord necklace in brown with extender chain.

Please note that as this Pendant is entirely handmade with manipulated wire and gemstone, so the piece itself may not be completely symmetrical and have some tool marking.
To take care of your jewellery don't wear it to bed or in water (shower/pool etc) and its best to store it in a jewellery box.
