Did you know Cedar trees can live up to 800 years and it's said that King Solomon's temple was built with Cedar wood? Yup, it's true.

This cedar branch polymer clay pendant was made from an original mold that was hand-carved by the late Carroll Rycraft back in 1970. It's suspended from a necklace of rough-cut laboradite gemstones that were woven into waxed irish linen and then connected to deerskin lace. The laboradite has lovely flashes of blue, the pendant is distressed to give it a well-loved worn feel and the deerskin lace is the softest you'll ever find. All in all, this is a unique and lovely gift. Necklace comes in one of my cute little handmade gift bags.
