Art Deco sterling scarab necklace. Openback cabochons in semi precious or glass: tigers eye, bloodstone, carnelian, lapis, and crysoprase. Open ring chain with book bands between them. Made by The W.E. Richards Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts. Signed Symmetalic, a brand they began in 1932 and continued until the mid 40s. The chain and setting are sterling, finished in gold fill, mellowed over time to a beautifully muted old gold. In very good condition.
