This vintage green Indiana Glass pedestal bowl in the Duette pattern is just stunning with its metal "pineapple" base and fluted edges that fold back in around the rim. The Duette pattern has quilted diamonds around the outside and also came in white, without the pedestal. It was produced from the 1950s through the 1970s. It was also sometimes called Quilted Diamond or Diamond Waffle.

This bowl is made of thick glass and is very heavy. There is a screw at the base of the bowl where the bowl attaches to the silver tone pedestal. The pedestal is made up of leaves that fold back and look like the top of a pineapple. There is a small chip in the glass on one side, as shown in the last picture, but it is on the surface only and does not go all the way through the glass.

This bowl is a rose bowl and is meant to hold a single cut rose. It would also be great for nuts, candies, or just to have on display. The way the light shines through it makes it a piece of art all by itself!

Height: 3 3/4 inches (9.5 cm)
Diameter at base: 3 1/4 inches (8.3 cm)
Diameter at rim: 5 1/2 inches (14 cm)
