Rowlands Rustic Hand Built Monitor Shelf Stand

Hand built Monitor Stand made from Re-cycled wood for a industrial and raw feel.

We make these monitor stands from the same wood as the Rowlands desks so they blend seamlessly together, proving that little extra desk space that is so often needed.

The piece featured is finished in Dark Oak but can also be finished in Clear Wax, Rustic Pine, Jacobean or Tudor Oak. All products will be wax finished to enhance protection and give a water repellent barrier.

All of our boards are industrial grade pine and have a beautiful minimalistic look.

Item comes fully assembled.

Delivery:

DHL is our standard courier,

We ship our parcels on 24 hour services, when your product has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail containing tracking information and a link to track your package. If you have any issues after dispatch please contact DHL in the first instance with your tracking number. If you would like to arrange delivery for a certain date or would like to give any special instructions please put this in the order note. If you have a particular date that you know you are not going to be able to accept delivery before dispatch, please let us know by adding a note to your order or sending us a message, cost of failed deliveries will need to be covered by the customer.

Damages:

Please send us a message if your product arrives damaged, as much as we try and package our products to avoid damages, unfortunately this does sometimes happen. We will do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as we possibly can, your order will be repaired or replaced as a matter of urgency. We will only replace damaged items like for like to avoid refund fraud. We will arrange collection of damaged goods, we ask that you package the item as it was delivered where possible.


Custom orders:

We are open to custom orders if you have an idea that you would like to bring to life! If you need a particular size that you can’t see in our store please feel free to send us a message, if it is something we can do we will provide you with a quote. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable once they have been built, if you wish to cancel your order please let us know within 24 hours of purchase as after this point you may only be offered a replacement or partial refund.

Communication:

If you have any queries regarding you order please feel free to send us a message - you can expect a reply within 24 hours. Rest assured that we are working on your order, as soon as we have an update or tracking details, we will let you know.

Returns cancellations and exchanges:

If you would like to cancel your order please let us know within 48 hours of purchase as we may have already started to build. We are happy to cancel/refund orders up until the point of packaging/dispatching however the sooner you can let us know the better. Please provide your cancellation request through etsy and we will action this within 48 hours, it can take 3-5 working days after the refund has been processed for the funds to appear in your bank.

If you have received your order in good condition and would like to return or exchange it, we will be happy to do this for you. The return postage will be the buyer’s responsibility, we recommend that you take insurance on your postage to cover any potential damages. Once the item has been received in good condition, we will action the refund.
