It's a fabulous 1950's hand painted Mexican cotton circle skirt! Wraps around the waist and hooks in the front with a large hidden hook & eye, and then wraps around the waist with separate ties and ties in a bow in the front or back. Super full complete circle skirt. This is the traditional Mexican style of skirt that was very popular in Tijuana in the 1950's. This one is a real gem in particular- just look at the sexy dancing women! The words "Piel Canela" are written underneath them, which translates to "cinnamon skin" in English. Also, "Piel Canela" is the name of a famous latin dance studio in New York City. How cool- right!? Skirts with these themes are especially rare, the sexy women and vibrant colors. A must for any lover of vintage Mexicana! Aye aye aye!

Condition: Near Excellent
(A few darker marks on the back of the skirt, not noticeable when on due to all of the other painted designs. This is an incredible and totally wearable piece that is truly a work of art!)

Size: Medium

Waist: 28 inches
Hips: Free
Total Length: 30.5 inches
