Long narrow vintage Tensha, paper and lacquer beads, in gold, black, deep blue, rust brown, and some shots of khaki green with a bit of orange. These were made in the late 60s, early 70s, using plastic base beads, rolled decorative paper and lacquer.

I've used two of these as earrings and then made a matching pendant out of the other two beads.
