An absolutely sublime Crown Devon PEEL pattern bowl / blush ivory pedestal bowl / art deco bowl / vintage bowl beautifully decorated with birds and insects

S. Fielding & Co. (Ltd.) manufactured earthenwares and majolicas at the Railway and Devon Potteries - Stoke - in the heart of the Staffordshire Potteries England from 1879

The base stamp has the registration number 708762 - which dates it to late 1924.

It stands just under 5 inches high and the top rim diameter measures almost 9 inches.

The condition is good and there are no chips, cracks, hairlines or marks.

There are some scratches and crazing, but overall it's lovely and clean and in fine fettle for the age.

It would be a super addition to any collection, excellent display or practical piece, or authentic period prop.
