On infrequent occasions, a package may get lost on the way or not be delivered.

I will do my best to solve the problem but, please, bear in mind that once the order is shipped, I am no longer responsible for what happens to it. Sometimes it is an inefficient postal service, sloppy postmen, or the client has entered his address wrong.

In those cases, I am afraid I can not issue a refund, but don't hesitate to get in touch with me. Depending on the situation I could offer you a discount for a new order or reach an agreement.

I hate that those kinds of things happen, and I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchases.)

Art prints and posters are made-to-order for each customer, and because I do not hold any l stock and use dropshipping services for printing (I do not personally handle the prints), I am afraid I can not accept any returns for unwanted art prints.

If you have purchased an original oil painting and are not 100% happy with it, you can send it back to my address (paying the shipping costs), and I will issue a refund.

Generally speaking, the deliverer courier will try to reach you several times or leave a not so you may pick your package in your local post office.

In some particular cases, it may not be possible to deliver your order (because of an incomplete address, there is no one at the address..etc). In that rare case, the order will be returned and, if the package is not damaged, I will offer you the option to try to deliver it again although you must pay for the delivery cost this time.

Please make sure that your address is correct before ordering! :)

If you have purchased an original piece of artwork there is no problem, just contact me and we will arrange a refund of your order :)

Art prints are handled by an external printing company that will start to process your order a few hours after the purchase. If you want to cancel an art print order you must contact me within the next 3 or 4 hours so I can cancel the order.

I am afraid I cannot guarantee a refund beyond that time frame, sorry about that!
