This ultra colorful vintage throw quilt, with an Anthropologie-like random design and color scheme, is made from fabrics from the 1940s to the 1960s, and is believed to have been assembled in the 1960s.

It measures 67 inches x 33 inches, and is quite thick and heavy, about 1/3 inch.

The quilt is made of 10 blocks that are each 11 inches square. A smaller patchwork design is on the edges of the 10 block section.

The blocks were assembled in two rows in the center of the quilt. The orange and avocado paisley fabric used for the back continues as the binding. The piece is knotted with a creamy embroidery floss.

Materials are mostly colorful soft cottons, but include wool plaid, and some linen and corduroy.

The overall condition is good. There are a few small holes in the fabric. Photo 5 addresses the major condition issues. There is a pen mark as seen in the top photo, unraveling of a block edge in middle photo, and a coffee stain that is approximately 1.25 x 4.25 inches (bottom photo).
