Stunning flow blue with tons of gilt, bas relief designs, roses and birds on a beautifully scalloped pitcher! It even has a set of partial fingerprints under the glaze! As you can see, both the top and base are scalloped.
I cannot describe adequately this georgeous pitcher that is in remarkable antique condition!
The handle looks a lot like the Royal Doulton Gloire de Dijon set.

The only markings are on the bottom. No name or company backstamp. Just the numbers 3683 in deep bronzey gold, the number 4 (could be a J), and what appears to be a G with a heart that has been applied that is so tiny I only found it with a magnifying glass.
There are no chips, crazing or cracks. I have only noted the most minor bit of gilt loss.
Looking into it, I would swear this was hand thrown from the interior ribbing.
It stands 8.5" tall8" from outside lip to outside handle and 4.50" across the base.

Please read the policies for my shop.
I gladly ship overseas, just convo me for cost. However, all overseas sales are final!
Please look at the photos, they are part of the description! Insurance is highly suggested.

If you are looking for perfect, then perhaps vintage is not really for you. Vintage means previously loved and used. This means it may or may not have minor flaws. I try to list these if I find them. Sometimes I may miss something. Hopefully not often. Please, unless the description says perfect, assume it is not.
