Everything is shipped in a gift jewelry box. (Shipment maybe combined in the same box) Ships within 2 days of purchases. Usually next day. If your earrings arrive damaged PLEASE Contact me, so that I can make it right. Sometimes through the post they get handled a little crazy. INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES- I only ship international on MWFS as I have to drive to the post office which is a considerable distance away. Also anytime a package is lost in transit you will not receive a refund however I will resend the products that you purchased.
