1900's James Hannington Book. Nice rare find. "James Hannington, Bishop and Martyr" book. The story of Noble life. By Charles D. Michael. Fifteen illustrations by Bishop Hannington. S.W. Partridge and Co., LTD, publishers, Old Bailey, London. James Hannington was a missionary to Uganda where he preached to the 'savages' and was eventually killed, but was commemorated in this British children's adventure book. Discarded from the Crown Hill Mennonite Sunday School, Rittman, Ohio. Hard cover with definite wear on edges and spine area. Still nice and bold and clean. Inside binding is pulling away from pages. Pages are aged, but good condition otherwise. Very clean and generally in decent shape. A great find! Ships USPS Media Mail.
