Delivery Policy

Your products will normally be posted 1-5 working days after you ordered. Please see the delivery dates quoted on your order. If, for any reason, I am unable to post your products within the quoted timeframe, I will let you know. If the new despatch is not suitable for you, I will refund you in full.
You will receive notification from Etsy when your order is despatched.
Royal Mail's expected postal delivery times:
UK: 1-4 working days after posting
EU: 3-8 working days after posting
Rest of World: 5-10 working days after posting
Please note that these delivery times may be extended by reasons outside of my control. These include public holidays, disruption to services (such as through bad weather or postal strikes) and during busy periods.
The Royal Mail does not consider International deliveries as lost until 20 working days (25 outside Europe) after the Royal Mail expected delivery date.
Parcels to the US are usually delivered in 2-3 weeks, however they may take longer.
International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.
Agreed Time for Delivery of Goods (as per regulation 42 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) shall be:
- 3 weeks from order date for delivery to UK addresses
- 8 weeks from order date for delivery to addresses outside UK
Please double check that you have supplied the correct delivery address. Because of seller protection rules, I always ship to the address on the order. If you request a different address after ordering, I will cancel the order, so you can place it again with the new address.

Terms and Conditions
All our consumer sales on Etsy.com are subject to English laws, including the Consumer Rights act 2015, and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Right to Cancel:
----------------------
The customer may cancel for any reason from order until the end of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery to customer.
You must send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired, by post, email or via Etsy Conversations. I recommend using Etsy messages for this. You may use the Cancellation Form provided though it is not essential to do so.
For cancellations where goods have not been despatched, I will refund the full order value (including shipping of the item to customer), within 14 days of cancellation.
If the goods have been descpatched, I will refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, or 14 days of giving receiving evidence of the customer having sent them back. Refunds will always be made using the original payment method. The customer is chargeable, up to original order value, for goods that are not received back or that are returned damaged.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been despatched, please refuse delivery and the order will be returned to sender. Please note that it can take longer than usual for goods to be returned this way.
Cancelled goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. Please return goods in a resaleable condition ie. original packaging, clean and undamaged.
Returns of cancelled items are to be arranged by the customer and are at customer cost.
Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery is recommended.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
For international returns from outside the UK please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS".
You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form.
I cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself, please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.

When the contract is formed

This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising goods we are inviting you to place an order. If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order. Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. Up until this point, there will be no contract in place between you and us, which means that neither you nor we will have any rights against or obligations towards the other, until the order is dispatched.
