Each house design is digitally hand drawn by me, as well as all of the hand lettering, and engraved directly into a piece of natural wood (with clear top coat for added protection) and is framed with a nicely finished dark walnut OR special walnut stained frame (if you have a different stain request please message beforehand for availability) — that overhangs the front and back allowing you to hang it up or stand alone on any flat surface as soon as you receive it! 😊

1.) 2.) Select which method is 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 convenient for you to receive and confirm your design proof (proofs will be sent whichever way is selected so please be sure to include your text # or email in the personalize box if either is selected. If you choose to receive your proof via "Etsy Conversation" i will send it right in the same Etsy message you sent your photos to)

3.) Type in the Personalize Box:
⭐️- EXACT WORDING you'd like written (each sign is totally customizable, it can say whatever you'd like!)
⭐️- (OPTIONAL) IF there is anything featured in your photo that you want *excluded* from the drawing. (i.e. tree/s, outside decor, fences, etc) If so, please send additional photos of the house that is covered by those elements.
⭐️- Best for of contact (TEXT #, EMAIL, or ETSY CHAT for me to send design proof to)

4.) Before checking out, please be sure to read all of the info stated in the photos above and this Item Description to get the best understanding and results for your design & purchase 😊 — then check out!

5. final) Send your house photos (see paragraph below or “How to Order” photo above)



✨𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒✨

After order is placed, please send your house photos to me via Etsy Conversation by clicking any of the buttons shown in my listing/shop that may say "Contact Seller" , "Contact Shop Owner" , "Message Hannah" , etc, (see photo above for instructions with pictures), tap the square icon that says "Upload Image" when hovered over, and attach your photos (Etsy only allows 3 photos in one message at a time).

I will confirm your order info & photo(s) within 48 hours.

Please also mention *before proof is sent* if there is anything in your photos that you *don't* want me to draw, especially if they are plants/trees/bushes. If it is not requested to be left out in your order info or initial message i will draw them in.

✨𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: I will draw your design exactly like your photo/s with the exact wording you type in your order and (if any) instructions given in regards to including or excluding anything in your photo/s. One proof is included in your order, any additional revisions/proofs may be an additional fee (according to revision/s) so please double check your wording choices/spelling, and be sure to let me know of any design detail requests when you order or when i confirm with you.

✨Be sure to view my photo above showing examples of good & not so good house photos. The better your photos are the better i can draw them resulting in the best final outcome. If you’re unsure, feel free to send me your photos beforehand and i would be happy to review them and let you know. 😊

*** All pieces of wood for signs and frames are unique in their own way with variations in wood grain, coloring, and slight imperfections from minor dents and scratches to knots in the wood. While we do our best to carefully choose the cleanest pieces of wood from our selection, we believe those little details make each piece even more individual.

*** Sizes are all cut as closely to the chosen options as possible, if not on the dot, but may be approximate due to the nature of the laser engraved lettering and possibility of trimmed edges to ensure the design is perfectly centered — give or take an inch or so.
