Stanley suffered from phocomelia (literally "seal arms") for which the cause was unknown.
Discovered on a street corner selling newspapers and thereafter had an an illustrious 35-year career. Sealo would appear with every major sideshow in the United States. Sealo loved playing cards and was beloved by his colleagues. His act consisted of everyday tasks such as using a saw and shaving.
