An original vintage black & white photograph, depicting women wartime factory workers making parts for the U.S. Army. Taken at the McQuin Steel Company, in Indiana, in 1943.

This is an original photograph, not a copy. It measures 7 inches high X 9 1/2 inches wide. There is a 1/4 inch white border all the way around. The lower right hand corner has been bumped; otherwise, this photograph is in good vintage condition, with a fairly good degree of contrast, given its age.

A fine example of wartime photography, showing the important role of American women supporting U.S. involvement in World War II.
