All our signs are free standing so they can sit on a shelf or you can hang them! It's completely up to you. We do attach hanging hardware to signs 12”x12” and larger.

We do not include packing slips. In an effort to be more environmentally conscious we do not automatically include a packing slip with your order.

If you would like a packing slip for any reason please leave a note in the note section at checkout to include one.

If your item arrives damaged, please bring this to our attention within 24 hours of delivery.

We will require photos of the damage, including an additional photo of the packing. You will have to submit a claim through USPS and they will require you to bring in the damaged items AND packaging.

We will evaluate the damage and work with you to find a solution.

Please check your shipping address PRIOR to completing your order. All orders will be sent to the address on file, no exceptions.

If you notice the address is incorrect AFTER placing your order please contact me with in 24 hours.

We are NOT responsible for non-delivered or mis-delivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. If a package is returned to us or delivered to the incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping cost and, if needed the cost of new product to replace.

Our signs are rustic so there may be knots and imperfections in the wood. We believe this adds beauty and makes each one unique!

Also, each sign is carefully made by hand and no two signs are exactly alike.

Please remember that color may vary due to computer monitors display differences.

All Custom and Personalized signs are non refundable after the sign making process has begun.

If for some reason you are not happy with your sign the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. After sign is returned we will be happy to refund you for the full price of what you paid at the time of placing order.

We stride to get all orders out 1-2 weeks but sometimes that doesn't append. Depending on volume of current orders it might take a few extra days. If you need your order by a certain date please message me before ordering. Always add a reminder of the date you need it by in the notes at check out.
