The item I received did not have connectors that would work with my Versa 4, in spite of the advertisement that it would. I contacted the seller and they offered to send me a new set of connectors, but they haven't shipped 10 days later. I purchased replacement connectors from Amazon and had the hardware switched out in minutes. The cuff bands are very nice (I have purchased them before) but be aware that there may be some issues you need to solve yourself if the seller's customer service won't help you in a timely manner. *EDIT* The seller reached out to me to follow-up on whether I had received the connectors (I eventually did, two months after they had been sent). After hearing that I had purchased connectors from Amazon to fix the issue, the seller reimbursed me the cost of the replacement connectors. Excellent service!
