1. At this time, digital products CANNOT be downloaded via the Etsy APP. They can only be downloaded through the website.
2. Buyers should NOT attempt to download digital products to mobile phones but should download purchased files to a computer.
3. The download notification will be sent to the email you provided to Etsy at the time of registration, once your order has processed. Or look in "Purchases and Reviews" on the Etsy website: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Or look on your order receipt to find your purchased downloads.
4. Click "download" next to each available download.
5. To save each download to your computer, when the download window opens on your screen, check to make sure "save file" is selected. Click "OK".
6. When the arrow at the top right of your screen flashes, click on it to view (open) your downloaded file. The image on the file you purchased will appear on your screen.
7. To save the image to your desktop, right click on the image.
8. When the next window pops up, click "save as".
9. A window showing the available folders on your personal desktop will appear. Choose the location in which you would like to save the image for future use.
10. Print as needed. Buyers may print as many of their purchased files from The Glocky Coggler as they would like! I hope you have as much fun using them as I did making them!

The Glocky Coggler is not responsible for problems with a buyer's computer or printer, once the product has been downloaded from the Etsy site. Your order receipt allows sellers to see when your purchased files have been downloaded.
