5 out of 5 starsI purchased this whale pattern to make my for my nephew at Christmas. I love how this turned out! It is bigger than what I was expecting which was perfect for what I really wanted. The only thing I did slightly different was sew the felt eyes on after I completed the stuffed animal and instead of using white felt for the eye light reflection, I used white fabric puffy paint. I used soft Minky Fabric for my whale. Just so pleased with how it turned out!

The instructions were fairly brief but a very nice pattern and not too difficult. I used minky fabric and it worked out very cute (just a bit slippery to sew)

My first stuffie and I love my little whale. It’s like my mascot now sitting on the shelf. I admit I didn’t do the most perfect sewing on it, but I think it looks extra cute by not being too perfect. Thanks for this pattern!
