HOW TO ORDER:

1) All prints come in standard A4 size so first please choose whether you would like 'Print only' or whether you would like it framed (Black Or White).

Do not miss out on the combo deal with all purchases of A4 with mount, you receive both PDFs A4 size and 6x8''
Your prints will come in both A4 Size and 6x8'' size which allows you to change your display as you please.

2) In the Notes to Seller Box Please type:

a. The title you'd like to appear on the print i.e., "Our Song", "First Dance", "Your Song etc".
b. The name of the artist & song title so we can generate the lyrics i.e., "Atlantic Starr - Always"
c. Attach the photo you'd like inserted in the sound wave - this can be sent via messages (after submitting payment)
d. The colour of the photo i.e., "Black & White or Colour"
e. Colour of text ''Black & White or a specific colour''
f. The names of the people you'd like included on your print i.e., "Steve & Sue, Mr & Mrs Perrin".
g. Any additional text you'd like on the print i.e., "20th Anniversary" Happy Anniversary" etc. - Anything you would like we can make!

If you would like anything additional please write in the notes such as the title appearing at the bottom of the page etc.

FAQ

1. What frames do you use?

We use high quality A5, A4 and A3 frames made here in the UK. They are plexiglass fronted which provides a lovely finish without the fragile nature of glass. We currently have Black Frames and will introduce White Frames shortly. All frames have an MDF back with stand and a wall mountable hook.

2. What is meant by mount insert?

The mount insert refers to a snow-white coloured cardboard surround that layers over the print to provide a quality finish. We offer mounts for both all our prints (A5, A4 and A3). The overall size of the print will be either A5, A4 or A3 depending on your choice, then the personalised design is scaled down to cater for the mount aperture. We have a range of examples on our listing images and customer reviews. If you have any questions, drop us a message and we will be happy to help.

3. Do I receive a proof before printing?

As typical practise, we do not provide proofs prior to printing as in our experience we find this delays the dispatching process waiting for customer replies. However, if a proof is specifically requested in the ‘Notes to Seller Box’ we will send a proof on request. In periods of extreme busyness, such as seasonal holidays proof requests may not be possible.

4. What paper do you use?

All prints are printed on high quality 260GSM Photo Gloss paper to give the best possible colour clarity and overall finish.

5. How long does the process take?

After we have received your personalisation requirements, they will be added to the design, printed and posted within the time frame as estimated on Etsy. Should we have any issues processing your order, our team will contact you immediately to get the information required to complete your design.
