A truly unique, one of a kind piece. A vintage book cover matted and framed to make an eye catching piece of art that would be perfect for your home or office.

The cover was salvaged from an old book that was damaged beyond repair. The cover features a picture of two frontiersmen and a Native American with muzzle loaders in hand. The title of the book, "Ranger's Ransom" is at the top of the cover, with the phrase "school edition" located at the bottom. The red canvas material of the cover has some great texture and wear showing the books age.

The frame is handmade using salvaged barn boards, lightly sanded to make the frame smooth to the touch but keeping the weathered texture and saw marks. Not only is this frame eco friendly but it's as interesting to look at as what's displayed inside.

The cover is framed with a hand cut white matte board and acid-free foam board & poster board backers.

overall size: 12" x 14 1/2"

Oder ships within 3 business days. Ships USPS priority shipping.

*The photos shown were taken without the glass in the frame to reduce glare. Glass will be placed in the frame before it ships.
