It took longer to ship than most items. I didn't use customer service. I am not new to resin and I have nearly tried them all. KSResin is by far the easiest to work with. I put s resine finish on a few canvases and was impressed. The results were better than all other resins I have tried. I have found my resin! I have one more brand that I haven't tried yet, it cost more than KS, but I want to compare results.
