This feather has a Kokopelli flute band inside it. Kokopelli is a fertility symbol to native American tribes in the South Western United States. Most notably the Hopi tribe dating back over 3000 years. It represents replemishment, music, dance and mischief. It is made of cherry wood and mounted on a solid walnut backer. It has a saw tooth hanger for mounting.

It is 11 1/2" long and is 5" high. Both the cherry and the walnut are each about 1/4" thick. It is finished with a Danish oil wood finish for lasting beauty.
