These are two of my favorite buttons. The one on the left was created by me using my favorite faux bone recipe. The subtle striations in the surface are amazing, and look exactly like bone. I stamped it with an Asian Kanji stamp. It measures 1 1/2" tall by 5/8" wide at its widest point, 1/2" at its narrowest point and has a profile of 1/8." The button on the right is from my faux driftwood series, and the color palette is exquisite charcoal, taupe, sand, and ecru. I added an eggshell acrylic paint to a koi stamping and distressed the surface a tiny bit to make it appear to be etched by the sands of time. The back is also textured and both buttons are signed by me, your guarantee you are receiving a Diva Designs exclusive. It measures approximately 1 1/4" tall by 1/2" wide and has a profile of just over 1/8."

Neither of these designs can ever be exactly duplicated. There are no more pieces in the faux driftwood collection other than what I have listed in my shop.

These buttons were cured, sanded through 8 grits of wet-dry sandpaper and buffed to a glossy finish. Not all polymer artists take the time and make the effort to finish their work as I do. These buttons do not have any artificial glaze or resin on them. The sheen is the result of a lot of elbow grease, sandpaper and soapy water. While I respect other artists' choice not to sand and buff and to use artificial glazes and resin, there really is no comparison to a sanded and buffed finish. Pieces that are sanded and buffed are wonderful to touch.

Thank you!
