Dallas Broncos Bowling --- Bronco Bowl Vintage Bowling Shirt --- Oak Cliff Texas -- Mens Large

This vintage bowling shirt is lightweight 100% percent polyester, and is machine washable. It was made in the U.S.A. and is the King Louie brand. The shirt is most likely from the 60's or maybe 70's. The fabric logo on the back is a horse representing the famous bowling alley and performance hall, The Bronco Bowl, in Dallas Texas, which sadly is no longer in existence. The shirt is in very good used vintage condition, with no stains, or odors. There a few microscopic pulls and an area of teeny tiny holes on the left collar tip--maybe where a bowling pinback was placed or rubbed??.

The shirt is ready to personalize with your name if desired.

Bronco Bowl History ---- The Dallas Broncos owner was oilman J. Curtis Sanford, who had come up with the idea of football's Cotton Bowl in 1937 decided to build the bowling equivalent --- the Bronco Bowl, a seventy-two-lane alley that made it one of the largest bowling centers in the country at the time. The Broncos' home matches were located in a special section that featured six lanes and 18 rows of seats in a semicircle; there was even a seven-piece jazz band to entertain between games. (The lanes were eventually removed from the Bronco Bowl and it became a popular music venue for such acts as Bob Dylan, U2 and Bruce Springsteen before closing in 2003.

For vintage garments, I recommend comparing measurements to a garment you love.
