👇🏼 HOW TO ORDER 👇🏼

1️⃣ Select the number of can coolers you would like from the dropdown menu

2️⃣ Enter all of the design info in the box that says “Add your personalization”
— 1) Can cooler color(s) - minimum 12 coolers per color (4 colors max)

— 2) Imprint color - only one per order

— 3) Personalization info (names, date, etc.)

 — 4) Your email address

3️⃣ Add to cart. Please note that REGULAR coolers and SLIM coolers have different listings, and need to be added to your cart separately. If you are rushing your order, please also add the Rush Fee Listing (please message me before ordering if you are needing to rush)

4️⃣ You will receive a digital proof via Etsy Messages within 24-48 hours after purchase (so please make sure you check your account). Please make sure to check the proof carefully before approving! You MUST approve the proof before your order can go into production. Any delay in approving the proof will result in a delay in your order. If I don't receive an approval from you after 2 weeks of purchase, then your order will be cancelled.

✨ IMPORTANT INFO ✨

➕ DESIGNS ➕
〰️ You can select one design per order. If you are wanting multiple designs, then you need to add them to your cart separately.
〰️ I can mix and match the sides of different designs. If you like Side #1 from one design, and Side #2 from another design, please just make a note when you check out.

➕ TIMING ➕
〰️ Turnaround time is about 2.5-3 weeks from the day that you approve the proof. The proof will be sent 24-48 hours after purchase. Your order does not go into production until I receive approval of the proof, so the sooner you approve the proof the sooner it will go into production and start the timeline. If I don't receive an approval from you after 2 weeks, then your order will be cancelled.

〰️ I have rush options available if you are needing your order sooner! Please message me and I can let you know cost and timing.

➕ COLORS ➕
〰️ The color options can be found by clicking through the listing photos
〰️ You are able to select one color for every 12 coolers ordered, with a maximum of 4 colors
〰️ You can only select one imprint color per order

➕ SIZING ➕
〰️ Regular coolers fit standard 12 oz. cans and bottles. Collapsible so guests can easily take it home with them as a wedding favor!
〰️ I have both Regular and Slim sizes available. They must be added to your cart separately. I can do any of my designs in the Slim size!
〰️ Imprint Area: 2 3/4" H x 3 1/4" W, printed on both sides of the coolers

➕ MATERIAL ➕
〰️ Coolers are made of a dense high quality polyurethane foam, and make a fantastic favor!
〰️ I do have Neoprene available (just not in as many colors and it is more expensive).

➕ POLICIES ➕
〰️ Since these are custom printed products, all sales are final.

〰️ Colors are represented as accurately as possible. Seller is not responsible if the color looks different in person (no returns/refunds), as everyone's computer and phone screens display colors a little differently. I can supply physical samples of the colors, or digital links to PMS colors on request so you have a better idea of what the color looks like in person.

〰️ Seller is not held responsible for any packages that are delayed in transit due to UPS/USPS issues on their end (weather, strikes, unforeseen events, etc.)
〰️ If I don't receive an approval of the proof (or response in general) from you after 2 weeks from ordering, then your order will be cancelled.



〰️ Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address. If UPS/USPS has an issue delivering to the shipping address and the package is returned to sender, then it will be a $20 fee to re-ship the package back out to you (once it is received back at my printer). Additional rush fees will apply if you are getting close to your wedding date. Any re-shipped packages will have to be shipped to a different address the second time.
