For those of you wondering what a Survival Bracelet is I have included the following:
True survival bracelets are made from cord which has passed strength tests most other forms of rope or braiding material simply cannot withstand. These genuine handmade survival bracelets contain on average 8 feet of 550 strength type III Para-cord. I have many different color options to choose from, but more importantly lets discuss what a survival bracelet is. It's on average 8-10 feet of 550 Type III Para-cord that is woven into a bracelet. They are a great piece of equipment to wear because you never know when you may find yourself in a situation that requires some really strong cordage. To use the cord in an emergency or other circumstances simply unbraid the bracelet (this can be done pretty quick, about 20 seconds) and you have in your hands around 8-10 feet of some of the strongest cord (for size) that is in production today.

What would you ever use it for? Anything and everything. You're limited only by your imagination. Broken boot lace in the outback? The outer sheath makes excellent boot laces and will probably last longer than the originals that came with the boots. Need some quick thread? The inner strands make a great substitute. Need some lashing for a temporary shelter? Remove the inner strands and you have eight ten foot pieces of cord! Need to tie your mother-in-law to the roof of the car?... Okay, we're kidding about that...But it is great for replacing a broken gear strap on your kayak, making a field repair to your backpack or making an impromptu rope for a bear bag (tied end to end you'll have 80 feet!). Para-cord is without question one of the most versatile pieces of equipment you can take to the field. It's light, it's convenient, and it's tough as nails. Please e-mail me about custom orders for specific colors; and the last thing i'll say is don't put off making the small investment it takes to acquire a survival bracelet now, before you are in a situation where a Para-cord Survival Bracelet really could have made a big difference.
