When choosing slipper size, if you wear a half size, it is best to round down to the nearset whole size. Slippers made with acrylic yarn have some give and are able to stretch.

Items made with acrylic yarn are machine washable, however, if they have decorations it is best to wash by hand. Always use cold water and mild detergent, no bleach. It is best to put item in a bag or pillowcase and wash on gentle cycle. Always lay flat to air dry. Do not iron. Acrylic yarn will stretch when dried in the dryer and can be damaged when exposed to high heat.

Colors and decorations vary in appearance than the listing photo

Some colors and decorations may vary slighly than those pictured in listing photos. Due to monitors, screens, and lighting when photo was taken, the true color of an item can be difficult to capture digitally. I do my very best to make all made to order items appear as the listing photo. Some one of a kind made to order listings, appropriately described in listing, will not appear the same as photo listings, but will be made in the style as shown in photo.

If you need your item before a special holiday or event, Please order as early as possible. I do my very best to send out orders in a timely manner, and when lots of orders come in right before a holiday, it will take more time to process your order. You will be able to access your digital files at any time through your Etsy purchases page. I purchased a digital item but I do not have an Etsy account

If you purchased an instant digital download as a Guest on Etsy, you can find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there you can try adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book in order to help you locate these emails in the future.

I tried but I still cannot download my files

When you click the download link and nothing happens, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If somehow your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you have a firewall set up through Adobe, sometime clicking on the PDF link will not work. Please disable the firewall, or reach out to us. If everything else has failed, I am willing to email you and attach the pdf pattern, as long as you provide the email address.
