Circa 1960s 100% Dupont nylon slip, by Van Raalte, marked style Opaquelon, I could not find the size

I hand dyed this gorgeous slip a vibrant purple

Floral lace bust and 6" matching lace hemline

Adjustable straps

Measurements: 34" (this is taken at the resting point and will give a few inches) bust, 35" waist, 39" hips, 39" long

Condition: slip itself is in well loved and worn, please take note of the photo which pictures stitch holes from a hand stitched hem I removed, also there is a tear at the seam on the interior layer on nylon in the bust- this should not effect wear or look but you may wish to sew if possible, color is a bit uneven overall but looks lovely- structural issues are reflected in price

People have asked me in the past how to care for hand dyed garments and I have found a cold hand wash in Woolite or something gentle/similar is enough, hang dry- it is adviseable to wash as little as possible though
