**TURN AROUND TIME**
Our custom branding process takes around 1 week to complete. Please note that this is subject to change based on our workload - please message us prior to purchase if you'd like to know what the average time frame is currently.

Our process begins with a brief questionnaire to better understand what you are looking for, along with any specific shapes, themes, or florals/greenery that you would like to incorporate. Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your future visual identity. Along with JPEGS, and PNGS with transparencies, we do provide original native files for you to use, which will be Adobe Illustrator (You will need the program to be able to edit the files)

Files will be delivered via zipped folder through email via Wetransfer or Dropbox. Excessive revisions may incur additional charges. If we have not gotten a response from you within 2 weeks from sending final deliverables, we will assume that you are satisfied with your order and that it is complete. Please download all final files that are sent to you as we cannot ensure that we will keep them after delivery.

It is assumed that you have read our policies when you purchase any of our design packages. Purchase of the package indicates your agreement with our policies.
