Interesting little collection of old needle cases.

The first is a tiny dark brown cylinder with rounded ends, made of cardboard. Just 2" (4.5 cm) long and probably 1930's but could be earlier. The label is so worn it is illegible.
The middle one is a traditional turned wood case,3.1" (8 cm) long, with a nice patina. May have once been painted as there touches of colour, or this may be just marks of age.
The third is a tiny silver coloured metal cylinder, 1.75" (4.5 cm) long - the sort often found in early 20th century sewing sets.

Nice vintage items which would slip easily into your sewing box, or be part of a good display.

You will see from my shop that I am mainly a vintage button seller, but on my travels searching for old buttons I come across many quirky and interesting vintage items. These are often but not always sewing related. So I have decided to set up other sections of my Etsy shop to sell these vintage items.
