Geeky Lunch Bag Periodic Table Chemistry Elements

If you share a refrigerator with others in an office, you know that food items have an unsettling way of disappearing. There you are at 11:30, taste buds all set for that tasty apple, and when you get to the fridge somebody has absconded with it. Maddening, I tell you, maddening!

Here at the Yellow Bug Boutique laboratory, we recently completed a comprehensive, double blind study examining ways to prevent lunch pilferage. We experimented with several options:

o Placing a live Honey Badger in the lunch sack to guard against theft. Unfortunately, said badger not only ate the lunch but was indiscriminate about who it attacked when the refrigerator door was opened.

o Putting a large "WARNING - TOXIC MATERIALS" sticker on the lunch bag. This was ineffective. Either it was disregarded by the thieves, or there were people in our office who were actually attracted to the toxics. We think they work in Marketing.

o Coating the lunch bag with a specially developed sticky goo which was practically impossible to remove. This did a fine job of deterring the thieves, but had the unfortunate downside of also sticking to us when we retrieved the bag from the fridge. Howard assures us that a solvent that will dissolve this goo is almost ready, but he's been saying that for two weeks and our fingers are still stuck together.

After repeated trials, we finally stumbled upon a configuration that was effective in theft deterrence without causing the legitimate owner bodily injury. Behold the Yellow Bug Boutique Lunch Bag. The luteinum, nitrogen, carbon and hydrogen label is technically correct, intimidating enough to keep the common thieves away, but not so weird as to tempt those loons from Marketing to give it a try. Plus they're a lot easier to maintain than a Honey Badger.
