This dress was inspired by paintings and drawings of women living during the Colonial/Revolutionary Era. It would be perfect for the Felicity or Elizabeth dolls (or anyone else that you want to imagine living in this exciting period of history!).

It is made of a high quality quilter’s cotton and the sleeves are edged with white lace. The fichu (the white kerchief around the neck) is attached for ease of use and the dress closes in the back with Velcro.

Please Note:

This outfit has been made to fit cloth-bodied 18 inch dolls, such as the ones made by American Girl, Gotz, and Springfield Collection, etc. However, I am not affiliated with them in any way (unless buying way too many AG dolls counts as an “affiliation“!). :-)

The doll, stand, and shoes seen in these photos are for display purposes only and are not for sale.

Bodice is fully lined and all exposed edges have been finished with a zigzag stitch.

Comes from a smoke-free home.

Just like any other piece of clothing, this outfit will wear best if hand washed, air-dried and ironed on a medium heat.

I do my absolute best to make each dress a piece of art that will withstand many, many years of being loved and played with!
